Dr. Hanisha Hemnani
Dr. Hanisha Hemnani is a certified Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist dedicated to providing comprehensive care for patients with gastrointestinal and liver disorders. She completed her MBBS from Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences, followed by a fellowship in Gastroenterology from Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC), Karachi, where she developed advanced expertise in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions.
To further enhance her skills, Dr. Hemnani pursued an Advanced Endoscopy Fellowship (ERCP) at PNS Shifa Hospital, Karachi, mastering complex procedures for the management of biliary and pancreatic disorders.
She is highly proficient in performing a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including:
- Upper GI Endoscopy (diagnostic & therapeutic)
- Lower GI Endoscopy (diagnostic & therapeutic)
- PEG Tube Placement
- Polypectomy, EMR, Foreign Body Retrieval, EVBL, Dilatations, Hemoclip Placement, and Stenting
- ERCP (diagnostic & therapeutic)
Dr. Hemnani is registered with the Irish Medical Council and is an active member of the Pakistan GI and Liver Disease Society (PGLDS). In addition to her clinical practice, she has contributed to the field through research, presentations, and publications in national and international forums.
