Dr. Mustafa Kamal
Dr. Mustafa Kamal Junejo earned his MBBS in 2008 and completed his Ophthalmology residency at Aga Khan University Hospital Karachi in 2014. He holds MRCS (2016), FRCS (2018 & 2019) from the Royal College of
Surgeons Edinburgh and Glasgow, plus FACS and FICS fellowships from the USA.
His specialization includes advanced cataract and corneal transplant surgery,
ocular surface diseases, limbal stem cell grafting, and Boston Keratoprosthesis. He received hands-on training in Boston Keratoprosthesis in Chicago and
advanced cataract surgery training in London. Dr. Junejo has held clinical attachments and emergency ophthalmology training in London.
He serves as National Joint Secretary for the Cornea Association of Pakistan. Dr. Junejo is passionate about education, has taught at Aga Khan University Hospital, published numerous research articles, and regularly speaks at national and international conferences. He is a member of multiple Pakistani ophthalmological societies.
His interests include cataract surgery, corneal transplants, ocular surface disease, medical retina, emergency ophthalmology, and neuro-ophthalmology. He is recognized for his attentive clinical care and skilled, compassionate treatment.
