Prof. Dr. Abdul Rabb
Prof. Dr. Abdul Rabb is a distinguished Consultant Physician, Professor of Internal Medicine, and healthcare leader with over two decades of experience in clinical care, medical education, and research. He currently serves as Professor of Internal Medicine and Head of Medical Unit-I & National Poison Control Centre (NPCC), Ward-5, at Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre.
An accredited FCPS supervisor and examiner, he is actively involved in undergraduate and postgraduate medical training. He holds MBBS, FCPS (Internal Medicine), FRCP (Glasgow), FACP, and CHPE qualifications, along with international certifications in clinical nutrition and diabetes prevention.
With over 30 scientific publications, Prof. Rabb is known for his comprehensive and evidence-based approach to the management of complex acute and chronic medical conditions i.e. Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Asthma, Thyroid disorders, Arthritis, Gastric problems, Infections like Typhoid, Dengue, Malaria, Tuberculosis.
He is committed to delivering patient-centered care while integrating clinical excellence, preventive strategies, and the latest advances in internal medicine.
